Если верить консультантам «Лайф-из-гуд», доходность счетов «Виста» в компании «Гермес-менеджмент» последние годы держится в районе 20% годовых в долларах. Это довольно много (Уоррен Баффет позавидовал бы такой доходности), при этом непонятно, за счет чего достигается такая доходность. Деятельность «Гермес-менеджмента» непрозрачна, на сайте не видно полноценных отчетов, нет сведений о структуре компании и ее руководстве. «Гермес-менеджмент» привлекает российских клиентов через компанию «Лайф-из-гуд», но у него нет лицензии Центрального банка России на брокерскую деятельность или доверительное управление. «Гермес-менеджмент» зарегистрирован в Белизе, офшорной зоне в Центральной Америке. Там же расположен офис компании. Еще в документах упоминается компания Hermes M в Шотландии. В случае проблем придется разбираться с зарубежной компанией, что делает задачу бесперспективной. Более того, учитывая реалии мошеннических схем, бывшие пайщики столкнутся еще и с лже-юристами, обещающими вернуть им вложенные деньги и конечно, останутся в крайне бедственном положении, с кредитами, без жилья и перспектив (у кого-то могут опуститься руки со всеми вытекающими). Но когда он выглядит как основной вид деятельности, а клиентам при этом рассказывают про инвестиции, пассивный доход и успех в жизни, это наводит на очевидные выводы.
